Our Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at PETS BEST
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged and contain no fur
damaged products
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will provide a return label so that we can inspect the product and let our labs know of any product issues.
If we’ve sent you the wrong item or your item is faulty/damaged, we’ll happily cover the cost of return shipping. If you’ve changed your mind or purchased the wrong size, shipping will be at your own expense.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time the item has been sent back to us, for all returns to be receipted and refunds to be issued.
